Specific scope
CCTVSafe backs up agreed events provided by compatible cameras or recorders. The standard service is not continuous 24/7 archiving and does not replace local recording or alarm monitoring unless separately agreed.
Setup and requirements
Configuration, access details, compatible devices, internet connection and required permissions are provided or agreed depending on the plan.
Infrastructure
The service uses infrastructure managed by Majerowicz.com with server and storage locations within the European Union. Individual technical components may be distributed differently by product.
Support
Support is provided through the support centre and support@sofbac.com within the agreed scope.
Changes
Technically necessary and reasonable changes may be made provided the agreed primary purpose of the service remains intact.
